Pratama Ushakirana story revolves around child psychology written by famous psychiatrist Dr. Ashok Pai. Sridhar is a Engineer lives happily with his wife and two children Usha, and Kiran. Sridhar goes to a foreign Country on some Job for some time and returns home. As soon as he comes from the foreign Country he insists different lifestyle on his wife and children.

He wanted to change his home according to foreign Country and life style.Because of his restricted attitude the home is disturbed. Wife and children are disturbed. Both boy and girl runs away from home. Sridhar takes the help of a psychiatrist and the children are found. Sridhar realizes his mistake.
