Upadhyaksha is a Kannada comedy entertainer movie directed by Anil Kumar T M. Story
The story of the Upadhyaksha (Vice President) unfolds in Gejjepura. Narayana (Chikkanna), the Vice President of the Chee Too Association in this village in Mandya district. Despite being eligible for the position of President, Narayana holds an extraordinary affection for the current President. Due to this, after making a decision to move forward as the Vice President, Narayana's life takes a complete turn with the arrival of Anjali (Malavika Vasupal) in his life.
