Victory movie story revolves around Chandru (Sharan) an innocent guy running a matrimonial agency. Priya is the daughter of Police Commisioner Rajendra who captures Veerabhadra, a notorious rowdy. Chandru falls in love with Priya (Asmita Sood) and gets married to her. During their first night, a major misunderstanding happens and Priya leaves him. Chandru tries to get her back but fails to do so. Finally he tries to commit suicide. But he fails again.

He gets frustrated and hires an assassin killer to kill him. Next day he gets back home and sees Priya waiting for him as she realizes her mistake. Now Chandru realises about the assassin killer and tries to cancel the deal but fails again. At this point, Veerabhadra gets released from jail and swears to take revenge by killing Rajendra and his family.
