Darshan's
latest
movie
Ambareesha
is
breaking
records
on
the
Box
office
after
getting
a
massive
response
on
the
opening
day.
Ambareesha
managed
to
mint
over
3
crores
on
the
opening
day.
The
movie
was
released
in
more
than
250
screens
all
over
Karnataka
and
has
been
running
houseful
subsequently
for
the
past
three
days.
The
reports
from
the
box
office
says
that
the
movie
has
successfully
crossed
the
7
Crore
mark
by
Friday.
Over
200
single
screen
theatres
are
having
four
shows
of
the
movie,
while
30
theatres
are
having
up
to
six
shows
daily.
Added
to
these
gigantic
figures
are
the
multiplexes
in
Bangalore
and
Mysore,
which
are
running
houseful
since
the
opening
day.
The
last
movie
to
be
declared
superhit
was
Dhruva
Sarja's
Bahaddur,
which
happened
to
complete
a
run
of
50
days
in
the
theatres.
It
took
almost
10
days
for
the
movie
to
cross
the
10
crore
mark
in
box
office
collection.
These
figures
almost
look
tiny
in
front
of
Ambareesha.
The
movie
is
poised
to
cross
the
10
crore
mark
on
the
box
office
by
Sunday.
The
movie
had
failed
to
get
favorable
reviews
from
the
critics
and
the
viewers
alike,
but
despite
all
the
negativity
in
the
review,
Darshan
has
managed
to
pull
the
crowd
successfully.
