Toxic Synopsis REVEALED: Yash, Geetu Mohandas Starrer Is A 'Savage' Action Thriller: The long-awaited pan-India project, which marks the first collaboration of the Kannada superstar and the talented filmmaker, is set to get a March 2026 release. Toxic, which marks Yash's grand comeback to the big screens after the mega successes of KGF films, is now garnering the attention of cinephiles with its leaked synopsis.

Recently, a screengrab of Toxic storyline, which is apparently taken from the website of the film's overseas distribution partners, Phars Films, was leaked online. Interestingly, the new screengrab confirms that the upcoming film is a 'savage' action thriller saga, which is set against the backdrop of Goa, in a time period between the 1940s to 1970s.

"Set in Goa between the early 1940s and the 1970s, Toxic is a savage action-thriller saga that plunges into the rot festering beneath the paradise," reads the Toxic synopsis. "In this coastal land of fading colonial shadows and rising crime syndicates, a man forges his empire through blood, feat and betrayal," further reads the storyline, hinting at leading man Yash's character arc in the film.

"Power is not granted, it is seized and always demands repayment. As smuggling routes become battlegrounds and loyalties fall apart, paranoia is the means of survival. In the end, the only force more powerful than the consequences of his choices is the abyss within him," concludes the synopsis, which confirms that Toxic will be a delicious action saga which narrates the powerplay and gang wars of crime lords.

Toxic Cast And Crew

Yash appears as the central character Raya in the upcoming Geetu Mohandas directorial. Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria appear as the female leads in Toxic, which features a massive star cast including Akshay Oberoi, Darrell D'Silva, Sudev Nair, Kyle Paul, Beatriz Taufenbach, Surjith Gopinath, Amit Tiwari, Benedict Garrett, Tetiana Dar, and others in supporting roles.

Rajeev Ravi is the director of photography of Toxic. Ravi Basrur has composed the songs and the originall score for the film. Ujwal Kulkarni handles the editing. Toxic is jointly produced by Yash's Monster Mind Creations and KVN Productions.
