61st Baeksang Arts Awards 2025 Winners Voting Poll Trend: Who Will Best Male/Female Popularity Awards?

Recently, the 61st Baeksang Arts Awards officially kicked off with the PRIZM Popularity Award. The online voting trend sparked controversy over allegations of being 'rigged'. After voting for 10 days (from April 23 to May 2, 2025), 'Lovely Runner' duo Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon were declared the winner in the popularity category with the highest numbers of votes. Apparently, Byeon Woo Seok broke the record with the highest vote count, over 2.4 million votes in Baeksang history. On the other hand, Woo-seok's Lovely Runner co-star Kim Hye-yoon received over 7.8 million votes.

Coming to the broadcasting (TV + OTT) awards, there seems to be a tough competition between Lovely Runner's Byeon Woo-Seok and When Life Gives You Tangerines' Park Bo Gum. Similarly, IU and Kim Hye Yoon are battling it out for the 'Best Actress' award in broadcasting. However, Joo Ji Hoon from 'The Trauma Code' also has a high chance of bagging the best actor actor.
