Kim Soo-hyun's ongoing dating controversy with late 'Bloodhounds' actress Kim Sae-ron seems to be in no mood to die down anytime soon. In fact, the scandal is taking new twists and turns with every passing day. Amidst the chaos, the shooting for Kim Soo-hyun and Jo Bo-ah upcoming Disney+ show Knock Off has been halted for an indefinite time.
According to Allkpop, the cast and crew members of the show has been notified about the indefinite postponement about the filming.
Kim Soo Hyun Knock Off Shooting Updates: Disney+ Issues Official Statement
When Disney+ was asked about te latest shooting update on Knock Off, a representative of the OTT streaming giant carefully dodged it and continued stressing upon their previous "holding off on the release" remark.
According to OSEN, Disney+ issued an official statement that read, "Nothing has changed other than the existing official position. (sic)"
Knock Off Update: Will Kim Soo Hyun Have To Damage Fees?
Ever since the dating scandal with Kim Sae Ron erupted in March, Kim Soo Hyun has been major setbacks in his profession. With the indefinite halting in Knock Off shooting, according to media reports, the production company is considering to charge Soo-hyun with a damage/delay fees of up to 18 billion KRW, which is said to be almost triple of the show's production cost.
However, the exact amount of the penalty hasn't been revealed yet. According to reports surfacing online, Kim Soo-hyun was getting paid around 9 billion KRW for his role in Knock Off. An official confirmation on the damage fee is still awaited.
