Kim Soo Hyun-Kim Sae Ron Dating Controversy Updates: Looks like, the ongoing controversy around popular South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun is not gonna get over anytime soon. The dating scandal is taking an intense and darker with every passing day as serious allegations against the 'Queen of Tears' actor continue to surface. It all started when 24-year-old 'Bloodhounds' actress Kim Sae-ron took her own life on the day of her alleged ex bf Kim Soo-hyun's birthday this year, i.e., 16th February.
Ever since then, Soo-hyun has been facing major backlash for being romantically involved with Sae-ron when she was still a minor. While Kim Soo-hyun's agency GOLD MEDALIST initially dismissed the dating rumours, later they confirmed their past relationship. However, the agency denied the 'dating a minor' claim.
Good Day Sunday Episode Broadcast Cancelled Due To Kim Soo Hyun Controversy
From Kim Soo-hyun's leaked butt-naked picture, which was taken at Kim Sae-ron's house when there dating, to actress' abusive marriage with a Korean Ney York-based guy and abortion claims, the ongoing controversy has been making headlines all across the globe.
Last week, MBC's variety show Good Day received severe backlash for broadcasting their scheduled episode of Kim Soo-hyun's appearance without any edit amid the controversy. Following the outrage, the production house decided to cancel Good Day episode 6 airing which was supposed to air on Sunday (March 23). While the agency cited 'reorganization' as the reason behind the postponement, netizens are speculating the decision was made dating controversy.
Previously Good Day production team had stated that they would be Kim Soo-hyun's scenes from the show. As per Koreatimes, their statement read, "We recognise the seriousness of the controversy regarding the participants, and we are continuing production while prioritising viewer responses. (sic)"

Amid all this, an alleged staff member of Good Day has revealed that the 37-year-old South Korean actor is under "extreme stress" following the explosive accusations against him.
According to Newsen, the staff member was quoted saying, "Soo Hyun has been under extreme stress following the accusations from Garoseoro Research Institute. He was likely forced to confront the painful memories of his former relationship with Kim Sae Ron, which must have stirred up a complicated mix of grief, resentment, isolation, and frustration (sic)."
Previously, Soo-hyun's close acquaintance revealed that actor turned to his family for support amid the testing time. As reported by TV report, the person stated, "Kim Soo Hyun is currently staying with his family. I'm not sure if he is staying with his cousin or his father, but he is relying on his family to help provide stability and comfort. The official statements that are being released by Gold Medalist are being shared after cross-checking with Kim Soo Hyun himself."
Will Kim Soo-hyun Sue Kim Sae-ron's Family Over Allegations Of Dating A 'Minor'?
According to the latest Allkpop report, Kim Soo-hyun's side is reportedly considering to sue Kim Sae-ron's family for defamation over the allegations of the actor dating her when she was still am minor.
A representative of LKB & Partners, the law firm representing Kim Soo Hyun, was quoted saying, "We are currently considering legal measures over the false accusations that Kim Soo Hyun dated a minor."
"Both Kim Soo Hyun and Gold Medalist are mourning the loss of the late Kim Sae Ron. Thus far, they have refrained from pursuing legal measures out of respect for the bereaved family members. However, the family continued to threaten Kim Soo Hyun and even went as far as to publicize a private photo of Kim Soo Hyun without his consent, so we had no choice but to move forward with legal action, (sic)" the representative added.
