Kim Soo Hyun Vs Kim Sae Ron Controversy: The latest press conference, held by GaroSero Research Institute and Kim Sae Ron's bereaved family, worked as a new shocking twist in Kim Soo Hyun's ongoing dating scandal with the late actress. During the press conference in Seoul, on May 7, HoverLab and attorney Bu Ji Seok (representing Kim Sae-ron's family) released an audio recording of the late actress which eventually took everyone by shock.
Not only that, it also dragged Sae-ron co-star Won Bin's name into the scandal around the physical assault on the audio recording informant, referred to as 'Whitleblower', in the United States. And now, after a whirlwind of speculations and questions, Won Bin's side finally broke the silence.
Kim Sae Ron Audio Controversy: Whistleblower's Wife Hints At Won Bin's Role In Saving Her Husband Post Assault
On May 7, during the same press conference, head of GaroSero Kim Se Eui and attorney Bu Ji Seok leaked an audio recording of Kim Sae Ron in front of everyone. In the recording, the late actress can be heard talking to an acquaintance and admitted getting intimate with the 'Queen of Tears' actor Kim Soo Hyun when she was just in the 8th grade, as reported by Koreaboo.
They also released another audio tape and claimed that the audio informant, Whistleblower, was allegedly attacked in the US. In the second audio, Whistleblower's non-Korean wife thanked Won Bin and claimed that the actor had helped her husband post-assault.
"I didn't know who you were at first. I didn't know you were famous in Korea, but I saw what you did. You came quietly, you offered your respect. That quiet humanity meant more to us than you ever know. Thank you sincerely, (sic)" the informant's wife can be heard saying in the recording.
Won Bin's Team Issues Clarification In Kim Sae Ron Audio Recording Scandal
After a string of questions, speculations, concerns and confusion, Won Bin's team has officially issued a clarification on the ongoing audio scandal. According to XPort News, Won Bin's team has sternly dismissed actor's alleged involvement in the scandal.
Won Bin's team told the portal, "Aside from visiting the funeral home to pay respects to the deceased, he has no involvement in this matter. (sic)"
For those unversed, Kim Sae Ron and Won Bin had worked together in the 2010 thriller film 'The Man From Nowehere'.
