2018 Movie-Telugu Version Will Have A US Release

Apart from Kerala, the makers have also released the other regional language versions of the film, which performed remarkably well in many markets. The Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil dubbed versions were released this Friday. Out of which the Telugu version is getting a good response. Now another piece of information has come out as an indication of the extent of the success the film is getting. The 2018 movie's Telugu version is also slated for a US release.

The US is the best market for Telugu movies. According to Asianet news online, this is mainly due to the large number of expatriates from the Andhra and Telangana regions. But SS Rajamouli's RRR had local people as its audience too.

The '2018' Malayalam version also had a US release but did not get enough theatre counts. That was the reason why the number in the US was not in the news, despite having good collections in many foreign markets, including the UK. But with the release of the Telugu version, trade analysts hope that the film will get a significant audience in the US. Leading company Prathyangira Cinemas has acquired the US distribution rights to the Telugu version of the movie.
