Ariyippu is a 2022 Malayalam drama movie, written and directed by Mahesh Narayanan. The movie stars Kunchacko Boban and Divya Prabha in the lead roles.
By telling the story of ordinary people in situations of extreme distress, the film represents the impact of COVID-19 on the lives of migrant workers across the country. Migration and emotional imbalances in human relationships are the key themes.
The film is produced by Shebin Backer production and Kunchako Boban Productions. The film has music by Sushin Shyam, while the cinematography is handled by Sanu John Varughese.
Ariyippu will be released on Netflix on 16th Decemeber on 2022.
