Balan: The Boy Story
Balan - The Boy is an upcoming pan-India Malayalam psychological mystery thriller written by Jithu Madhavan and directed by Chidambaram, who is best known for the blockbuster Manjummel Boys. The film stars Adhisheshan and Farzana Palathingal in the lead roles, while Muhammed Zinaan, Dolly June, Jean Paul Lal, Girish A.D., Beena Antony, and several other notable actors play supporting roles. Popular actor Tovino Thomas will also be seen in a pivotal role.
The film features music composed by Sushin Shyam, with cinematography by Shyju Khalid ISC and editing by Vivek Harshan. It is jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn under the banners of KVN Productions and The Spian Films.
Release Date
Balan - The Boy is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on June 19, 2026. The film will be released simultaneously in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada languages across India.
