Kishkindha Kaandam is a suspense thriller directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, featuring Asif Ali and Aparna Balamurali in prominent roles.


The film is penned by Bahul Ramesh, who also serves as the cinematographer, bringing a visually compelling dimension to the story. This project marks a reunion between Asif Ali and director Dinjith Ayyathan following their successful collaboration on Kakshi Amminipilla. Produced by Joby George under the Goodwill Entertainments banner, the movie is anticipated for its gripping narrative and strong performances. Movie Plot
The suspense thriller drama centers around three complex characters, each grappling with their own realities. Ajayan, one of the central figures, is burdened by the emotional weight of losing his wife and son, a tragedy that has left him to care for his aging father. Despite Ajayan’s efforts to provide support, his father remains detached and indifferent, creating a strained dynamic between them. This tension is heightened as Ajayan navigates his grief and responsibilities, struggling to find solace in his fragmented world.

Aparna's entry into the story adds a new layer of intrigue. She arrives in the midst of a mystery, with the local police questioning Appunni about a missing revolver, an incident that shocks both Aparna and the audience. Aparna, unfamiliar with the strange circumstances she has stepped into, begins to piece together her new reality. Her presence serves as a catalyst for unearthing deeper secrets about Ajayan, Appunni, and the unresolved tensions between them.

As Aparna’s quest unfolds, the film gradually reveals how seemingly unrelated events the missing revolver, the death of Ajayan’s son, and the presence of monkeys in the neighborhood—are intricately connected. Each clue that Aparna uncovers leads her and the audience closer to understanding the hidden layers of this tight-knit community. The connections between the characters and these peculiar elements gradually come to light, turning the suspense into a slow-burn revelation of their intertwined fates.
