Ouseppinte Osiyathu Story

Ouseppinte Osiyathu is a Malayalam family drama directed by debutant Sarath Chandran RJ, featuring veteran actor Vijayaraghavan in the lead role.

The film's screenplay is penned by Fazal Hassan and is produced by Edward Anthony under the banner of Maygoor Films. Alongside Vijayaraghavan, the film boasts an ensemble cast, including Dileesh Pothan, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Lena, Kani Kusruti, Zarin Shihab, Hemanth Menon, and Anjali Krishna, among others. On the technical front, Ouseppinte Osiyathu features cinematography by Arvind Kannabiran, editing by National Award-winning editor B Ajithkumar, and a musical score composed by Sumesh Parameswar. Movie Plot
The film follows the life of Ousepin, an 80-year-old man who, along with his three sons, built their fortune in the rugged eastern mountains, battling wild animals and harsh conditions. Despite the struggles of his past, Ousepin embraces life with unwavering enthusiasm, carrying the weight of his experiences with resilience. However, just as the family seems settled, an unforeseen problem shakes their foundation, igniting tensions between the father and his sons. As emotions run high, long-buried conflicts resurface, leading to a dramatic clash that tests the strength of their bonds. Blending raw emotion with striking storytelling, the film explores themes of survival, generational conflict, and the enduring spirit of family.
