Praise The Lord is a Family-Drama movie, in which Megastar Mammootty and Reenu Mathews potrays the lead roles.

Story In Details:

Praise the Lord is a pure adaptation of Zacharia's novel 'Praise The Lord', which also have the same title. Joy (Mammootty) is an immensely rich Kottayam-Pala based farmer. He is hardly aware of the life beyond his small town in Pala as he didn't get much chance to explore the outside world. He shares a cordial and amiable relationship with his family.

Joy's peaceful life came to an end, Once a newly married couple Samkutty (Ahmed Sidhique) and Annie (Akamksha Puri) enters. who marry secretly without taking permission from their parents and elope from their native place. Movie story takes a new turn from there on.

Praise The Lord is directed by debutant Shibu Gangadharan and produced by Milan Jaleel under the banner of Galaxy Films. Acclaimed movie script is penned by T P Devarajan.
