Thoppil Joppan is a Malayalam comedy movie from the director Johny Antony. It is the fourth collaboration of Mammootty with Johny Antony. Previously, they worked together for ‘Thuruppugulan’, ‘Ee Pattanathil Bhootham’ and ‘Thappana , which were all a commercial success.

In Thoppil Joppan, Mammootty will be seen as an alcoholic 'achayan'. He had played 'achayan' roles in his superhit films like ‘Kottayam Kunjachan’, ‘Nasrani’ and ‘Kizhakkan Pathrose.

Music & Release Date:

Music and background score of the movie are by Vidyasagar. As per the latest reports the movie is all set to hit the big screens on October 7, along with Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan.
