Manorathangal OTT Release Date, Trailer, Platform & More: Manorathangal is the latest Malayalam anthology film based on the timeless classics of Malayalam literature. Starring Kamal Haasan, Mammootty, and Fahadh Faasil among other noted actors playing key roles. The movie which has nine segments is heading straight for an OTT release in August. The film's theatrical trailer launch event made headlines recently.

Manorathangal anthology movie reportedly has nine segments in the film each directed by talented filmmakers who are renowned storytellers. It also brings together the iconic actors of the Malayalam cinema together.

Nine Stories Nine Directors

Priyadarshan directed two of the nine segments namely Ollavum Theeravum and Shilalikhatam. Ranjith directed Kadugannava Oru Yathra and Shayamprasad helmed Kazhcha. Aswathy V Nair directed Vilpana while Mahesh Narayanan directed Sherlock. Jayarajan Nair directed Swargam Thurakkuna Samayam and Rathish Ambat directed Kadalkkattu. Abhyam Theedi Vendum is directed by Santosh Sivan.

Manorathangal OTT Release Date, Platform, Time

The anthology movie is based on the literary works of legendary M T Vasudevan Nair. It delves into human emotions which are emphasized by talented icons like Kamal Haasan, Mammootty, Mohanlal, Fahadh Faasil, and others. The movie will be hitting Zee 5 on August 15 and will be available in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. Check out the trailer below.

The anthology film boasts several popular actors from the Tamil and Malayalam industries. For the nine segments, there are different actors. The cast includes Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Fahadh Faasil, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Harish Uthaman, Biju Menon, Shanthi Krishna, Joy Mathew, Madhoo, Asif Ali, Nadiya Moidu, Kailash, Surabhi Lakshmi, Siddique, Ishit Yamini, Naseer Sanskranthy, Indrajith, Aparna Balamurali, Indrans, Nedumudi Venu, Ranji Panicker and a set of other noted actors in different roles.
