Andrea Gets Trolled For Her 'Aavesham' Performance

The celebrated actress-singer, who has been busy with her music concerts lately, is now garnering the attention of social media users for all wrong reasons. The Mask antagonist was recently seen crooning to the famous 'Illuminati' song from her Annayum Rasoolum co-star Fahadh Faasil's blockbuster film Aavesham, at one of her concerts. However, Andrea Jeremiah's rendition of the famous song, which is originally sung by rapper Dabzee, failed to impress the audience.

The music lovers and even the loyal fans of the popular singer, who attended her recent concert, are baffled with her choice to croon to something like 'Illuminati' from Aavesham. They are pointing out that it is not a song that belongs to Andrea Jeremiah's usual style or genre, and are stating that she was fighting to breath while performing the song. The actress-singer is also being criticized for 'murdering' the original song, which has been considered an iconic number.

"Andrea delivered one of her weakest performances for "Illuminati" song," wrote a netizen who shared the video of Andrea's performance, on X (formerly Twitter). ""Why does Andrea have difficulty singing in a high pitch?" asked a curious listener on social media. Some netizens are also criticizing the singer for making quite a few changes in the original song, which made it sound just bizarre. Andrea, however, has not reacted to these criticisms, yet.
