Bha Bha Ba Trailer Out; Netizens React: Dileep, the Janapriyanayakan of Malaylaam cinema is all set to release his ambitious project, Bha Bha Ba, this Christmas season. The movie, directed by newcomer Dhananjay Shankar, is slated to hit the big screens on December 18, 2025. Ahead of the grand release, Dileep and team dropped the long-awaited Bha Bha Ba trailer on social media today (December 12, 2025), at 8.18 PM.

Bha Bha Trailer Out: Netizens Call It A 'Mad' Entertainer

The 1.49 minutes long trailer of the upcoming action comedy entertainer begins with the shot of Vineeth Sreenivasan, who is seen listening to a recording sent by the protagonist, Dileep. The viewers are then introduced to the eccentric leading man. From the trailer, it is safe to assume that Bha Bha Ba revolves around the cat and mouse game between the characters played by Vineeth and Dileep.

The Bha Bha Ba trailer hints that the senior actor is trying to break his next-door-guy image with his 'Mad' character in the film. It also suggest that Dileep is entering the high-voltage action zone (with the mandatory massive gun holding shot), with the Dhananjay Shankar directorial. As the makers suggested before, the film is going to be a no-logic entertainer, which offers nothing but a massive adrenaline rush.

Things get more interesting in the Bha Bha Ba trailer right from the moment Mohanlal is introduced. As reported earlier, the superstar is playing an extended cameo in the film, as the brotherly figure of the protagonist, played by Dileep. The duo is all set to have a high voltage dance number, along with some exciting stunt sequences in the movie.

The netizens, excited to witness Dileep's mad avatar and Mohanlal's cameo in Bha Bha Ba, took to the social media platforms to express the same. However, some of the cinephiles have mixed opinions on the trailer, especially how Lalettan's character is revealed entirely. "Didn't expect them to reveal Mohanlal fully in the #BhaBhaBa trailer, it feels like a desperate move to boost hype. The visuals are good, but it still doesn't feel like a proper hype raiser," wrote a filmgoer on X.

Bha Bha Ba, which is penned by Fahim Safar and Noorin Shereef, features Salim Kumar, Noby Marcose, Baiju Santhosh, Redin Kingsley, and others in pivotal roles. Shaan Rahman composed the songs, and Gopi Sundar composed the background score for the film.
