Dies Irae OTT Release Date, Time, Platform, Languages, And More: The horror thriller, which hit the theatres on October 31, 2025, marked the first onscreen collaboration of Pranav Mohanlal and director Rahul Sadasivan. Dies Irae, which marked the Bramayugam director's yet another experiment with the horror genre, earned exceptional reviews from both the audiences and critics. The Pranav Mohanlal starrer is now gearing up for its OTT release, after a successful run at the theatres.

As reported earlier, the OTT streaming rights of the Rahul Sadasivan directorial have been bagged by Jio Hotstar for a whopping price. Recently, the streaming giant took to its official social media handles and confirmed that Dies Irae will have its OTT release on December 5, 2025. The Pranav Mohanlal starrer will hit the OTT screen after 35 days of its theatrical release.

The horror thriller is expected to stream on Jio Hotstar on December 5, from the midnight. As per the recent updates, it is also confirmed that Dies Irae will be streamed on the platform in five languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The movie, which has been considered one of the finest horror thrillers made in Indian cinema recent times, is expected to attract the audiences across the globe, after its Jio Hotstar release.

Dies Irae Cast And Crew

Pranav Mohanlal appears in the role of Rohan Shankar, a rich spoilt brat in the Rahul Sadasivan directorial. Dies Irae features an extensive star cast including Gibin Gopinath, Sushmita Bhat, Arun Ajikumar, Jaya Kurup, Sreedhanya, Madan Babu, Manohari Joy, Saiju Kurup, and others in the supporting roles. Christo Xavier composed the film's music score. Shehnad Jalal is the director of photography. Shafique Mohammed Ali handled the editing. The project is banrolled by Chakravarthy Ramachandra and S Shashikanth, under the banners Night Shift Studios and Y Not Studios.
