Prithviraj Sukumaran is unarguably the busiest actor in the Malayalam film industry right now. The multi-faceted talent is currently working on multiple projects, including the SS Rajamouli directorial Varanasi and Nissam Basheer's Nobody. He is also busy promoting Vilayath Buddha, the Jayan Nambiar directorial, which is set to hit the theaters soon. Meanwhile, Prithviraj's new, refined looks in his new pictures and videos are now sparking a debate online.

Cosmetic surgery and fillers are not new to the film industry. Many popular stars have visibly undergone such procedures from time to time. Now, the redditors believe that Prithviraj Sukumaran, who has been considered as one of the most good-looking actors of contemporary Malayalam cinema, has undergone such procedures. Even though it may look subtle, the reddit users point out that the actor's face looks more refined, with fewer fine lines and wrinkles.

Netizens are pointing out that Prithviraj's face has slightly changed compared to his previous appearances during the Empuraan promotional tour. However, unlike Mohanlal who shocked the Malayali audiences with his drastic transformation during the Odiyan shoot, the Vilayath Buddha star has kept it subtle. So, most of the netizens believe that Prithviraj might not have undergone a surgery, but are sure that the actor has opted for botox and fillers.

Prithviraj Sukumaran's upcoming projects

After the release of Vilayath Buddha, Prithviraj Sukumaran is reportedly planning to finish the pending portions of his upcoming Malayalam project Nobody, helmed by Rorschach fame director Nissam Basheer. His long-delayed ambitious project Kaaliyan, which is touted to be a period action drama, is expected to start rolling by the beginning of 2026.

Later, Prithviraj Sukumaran is also expected to reunite with the Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil director Vipin Das, for the upcoming comedy entertainer Santhosh Trophy. Recently, the actor-filmmaker hinted that he is in talks with director Jeethu Joseph for a sequel to their 2013-released blockbuster Memories. Prithviraj is also expected to announce his next directorial venture, very soon.
