After its initial shows, the Malayali cinephiles who love the Aadu franchise, are calling Aadu 3: One Last Ride - Part 1 a worthy threequel that stays true to its original characters and essence. They are suggesting that the film is a laugh riot and big stressbuster. From the early responses, it is safe to assume that the Jayasurya starrer is indeed a winner.

They are pointing out how the Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial differs in its pitch and drama, compared to the first two installments. Some even point out that the movie just sets the stage for the final part of the franchise, Aadu 3: One Last Ride - Part 2, and doesn't offer anything remarkable.

As reported earlier, Aadu 3 revolves around a new adventure of central character Shaji Pappan and his gang of dimwits. Interestingly, the leading man and his loyal friends soon realise that they are caught between two different timelines, and form a connection with their past lives. However, Shaji Pappan and Co. should sort out their unresolved past issues at the earliest, to survive.

Jayasurya appears as Shaji Pappan in Aadu 3, which features Vinayakan, Vijay Babu, Saiju Kurup, Sunny Wayne, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Indrans, Aju Varghese, Baiju, Bhagath Manuel, Harikrishnan, and others in the key roles. Shaan Rahman has composed the songs and original score for the film, while Dawn Vincent composed the additional score. Akhil George is the director of photography. Lijo Paul is the editor of the film.
