Baby Girl Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: The long-awaited thriller, directed by Arun Varma hit the big screens on Friday (January 23, 2026). Nivin Pauly plays the lead role in Baby Girl, which revolves around the missing case of a newborn infant. As the movie completed the first day of its release, it is expected to make a decent opening at the box office.

As per the latest reports by the box office tracking website Sacnilk, Baby Girl is off an average opening at the worldwide box office on Day 1. According to the early estimates, the Day 1 net collection of Nivin Pauly's film from the all-India box office collection now stands at ₹0.61 crores. While considering the same, it is safe to assume that Arun Varma's film might not be able to beat Sarvam Maya with its Day 1 collection.

Baby Girl OTT Platform, Plot, Cast & Crew

As reported earlier, the post-theatrical OTT streaming rights of Nivin Pauly's latest film have been sold for a decent price, much before the film hit the theatres. Baby Girl is confirmed to have its OTT release on the popular platform Sony LIV, soon after it completes the lifetime run at the theatres. In that case, the Arun Varma directorial will hit the OTT screens by the final week of February 2026.

Nivin Pauly plays the role of a hospital attendant, who works at famous hospital in the city from where a baby girl goes missing. He gets into a mission to find the missing infant, as she was stolen while being on his watch. Lijomol Jose, on the other hand, essays the role of Ritu, an traumatized mother who loses her three babies at birth in the Arun Varma film, scripted by Bobby and Sanjay.
