For Soni Razdan, choosing a project has always begun with the script. Despite reading numerous scripts over the years, the veteran actress reveals that a strong narrative and well-written characters are what ultimately influence her decisions.
It was Brown's gripping and unique storytelling that immediately caught her attention, making it impossible for her to turn down the opportunity to be part of the series.
Actress Soni Razdan said, "When I read the script, I was blown away. I thought this is such a fabulously noir world, and I had not seen anything like it before. As an actor, when you get something you can really sink your teeth into, that's what excites you. Even if it's one scene or two scenes, if it's well written and has something for me to do, I don't care. I want to be part of it. It didn't cross my mind to say no to this because it was a very exciting project. But again, I always go with the script before I see anything else, it's the script for me, and the script was gripping. I was so happy that they were making this show."
Brown is streaming exclusively on Hindi ZEE5. The series also stars Surya Sharma, Jisshu Sengupta in pivotal roles.
