What asked why did Asha Negi say yes to Criminal Justice Season 4, the actress said, "There were a lot of reasons...firstly it's such a huge franchise, of course it has such phenomenal actors, then I think the character i'm playing, Roshni, that character i felt was quiet challenging." She further explained about her character, "It was layered and it was not an easy one to play, which was why I had a lot of fun." This character made Asha feel nervous and that was one of the reasons why she said yes to it.

When asked about her "BOLD" character, Asha laughed and said, "I don't really go for 'boldness' as such, i go for how layered and how layered the character is and that boldness is just a part of it."

When asked whether she is looking forward to making a comeback to Television, Asha said, "A lot of times I do get tempted, I will not lie, because of the money." She further accepted the fact that Television pays much better to its stars than OTT/films. However, Asha believed that doing the same character for a year or two won't make her happy at this point in life. With OTT and films, she gets the opportunity to explore more genres of characters.
