Akku Story
Akku is a 2023 Tamil crime thriller and horror movie, was written and directed by V. Stalin, whereas Prajin, Gayathri Rema, and Parthiveeran Venkatesh starred in the main lead role, along with V. Stalin, Sarath Raj, Vinodh (KPY), Naira Nihar, and many others in supporting roles.
Devasurya's cinematography and Aravinthan Arumugam's editing weaved a spellbinding tapestry of images and sounds, transporting audiences to the world of the film. Sathish Selvam's haunting score added to the immersive experience, captivating listeners with its melodies and rhythms. Pon Selvaraj produced this film under the abnenr of Ambigapathi Movie Makers, while Uthraa Productions distributes this film in a limited theatrical release in Tamil Nadu.
Story
Akku is a suspenseful thriller about a series of murders that take place around Harish, with the victims all being close to him. Harish races against time to find the killer, while the police inspector assigned to the case also investigates. As the plot thickens, the police begin to suspect Harish himself, and he is forced to go on the run to prove his innocence. With the police chasing him and the real killer still out there, Harish must use all his cunning and skills to stay alive and find the truth.

Akku, a low-budget film, is set to hit theatres on October 13, 2023, a week ahead of Thalapathy's much-anticipated Leo.
