Ammani Story In Detail

Saalama (Lakshmy) plays a role of widowed works as a scavenger in hospital and she lives with two sons, elder son is an alcoholic while the younger one is a puppet dancing to his wife’s tunes. Her daughter gets married with the alcoholic person.

And she has a granson who just waits for the right time to get her pension money. Saalama showers unconditional love on her sons and grandchildren.

Then there is this 82 years old Ammani (Subbalakshmi), who leads her life by selling waste plastic bottles but only with great enjoyment and less expectations.

Saalama relates her life with Ammani and the rest is captured with unconditional emotional screenplay.
