Angaaragan Story

Angaaragan is a spine-chilling horror thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Written and directed by Mohan Dachu, with a screenplay and creative direction by Sreepathy, this film stars Angaadi Theru, Magesh, and Sathyaraj in the lead roles. The supporting cast includes Niya Sankarathil, Appu Kutty, Sreepathy, Reina Karad, and many others.

Mohan Dachu's vision and Kalaivaanan's lens captured the film's beauty in stunning detail. Valar Pandi's deft editing brought it all together, creating a seamless and immersive experience. Karthik K. U's haunting score set the mood, while his lyrics brought the songs to life. Jomon Philip and Geena Jomo brought the film to screens under the banner of Julien & Jeroma Film Company and Primerose Entertainment.

Story

In a non-linear play that unfolds over a twelve-hour investigation, this film reveals the mysterious events and uncover multiple hidden secrets of paranormal activities related to a late queen who was the first owner of the estate. The story starts with a group of tourists sought refuge from their stressful lives in a secluded forest resort. However, their peace was soon shattered when one of their friends mysteriously disappeared. After searching for him endlessly, they reported the incident to the police. The police investigation revealed that this was not the first time someone had disappeared from the resort. In fact, they found the body of another missing person on the premises.

The tourists were now terrified, as they began to experience strange and unsettling activity around them. They wanted to leave, but the police officer in charge of the investigation insisted that they stay put. The group was forced to endure a night of terror in the haunted resort as they came face-to-face with the resort's dark past. Only by working together could they survive the night and uncover the truth behind the ghost's haunting. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover dark secrets that have been hidden for centuries.

Release Date

The movie Angaaragan will be released in theatres on September 8, 2023.
