Bakthan film is about an estate owner Manivannan. In order to reduce his work burden he appoints Sanjay as his assistant. Sanjay falls in love with young beautiful girl thinking she is the daughter of Manivannan. He comes to know that this girl is not the daughter of Manivannan but his wife.
