Chekka Chivantha Vaanam Story

Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is a Tamil action romance movie directed by Maniratnam. The movie star cast includes Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Aravindswami, Jyotika, Arun Vijay, Aishwarya Rajesh and Aditi Rao in the lead roles. Sreekar Prasad handles editing department, while Santhosh Sivan handles the camera and AR Rahman compose music for the movie and songs are penned by Vairamuthu. The album of the movie was released on 5 September 2018, the audio launch was happened with Rahman's live performance of the songs. Sony Music India has acquired the audio rights of the film.

An attempt is made on the life of an don Senapathi (Prakash Raj), he escape from that but unfortunately dies in Heart attack. Senapathi has three sons Varadan (Arvind Swami), Thyagu (Arun Vijay), and Ethi (STR).

All three wants to get the place of Senapathi and they want to find out who was behind the attempt. Rasool (Vijay Sethupathi) is a police officer who was also a friend of Varadan, has been suspended in this struggle. Tyagu and Ethi begin to chase him. What happens next? The first look poster and title launched in February 9th, 2018. Chekka Chivantha Vaanam has been titled as Nawab for Telugu version. The film releases worldwide on 27th September 2018 along with its dubbed Telugu version Nawab.
