The story, screenplay, and dialogues for the movie were written by Ezhichur Aravindan, and it was produced under GN Anbuchezhian's production banner, Gopuram Films. In addition to Santhanam, the movie features Priyalaya, Thambi Ramaiah, Munishkanth, Vivek Prasanna, Bala Saravanan, Maran, and Cool Suresh in prominent roles.
D. Imman composed the music, with lyrics by filmmaker Vignesh Shivan and Muthamil. Om Narayan served as the cinematographer, while M Thiyagarajan edited the film.
