Maattrraan Story

Maattrraan movie story is on conjoined twins and carries a controversial issue that is leaving the people in dwindling status. This is the fifth time Surya is playing a dual role. Kajal Agarwal plays Surya’s the love interest in the film.
 
The movie is about two Suryas- Vimalan and Akhilan who were con-joinly born to Sachin Khedekar and his wife Tara. Sachin Khedekar is a genetic scientist but does not get due credit for his research works in India. With his best efforts, he becomes successful owner of an energy drink product.

As the company grows, there is a lot of competition and his rivals have set their eyes on the formula of the drink, which could make an ordinary man extraordinary.

Very soon Akhilan realises that there is something fishy about his father-owned company and smells a rat.

This costs his life and he is killed. Anjali (Kajal Aggarwal), who was in love with Akhilan, falls for Vimalan and they set to solve the mystery.
