Naiyaandi Story

Naiyaandi is an tamil romantic - comedy movie written and directed by A. Sarkunam. The film features Dhanush and Nazriya Nazim in the lead roles.

The film which was earlier titled as Sotta Vazhakutty has now been titled as Naiyaandi. While the names of Amala Paul, Samantha and Hansika Motwani were being floated around at various stages of the film's pre-production.

The filmmaker has finally zeroed in on Nazriya Nazim, a child actress-turned-heroine in Mollywood, to pair opposite Dhanush. Director Sarkunam has started the film on Feb 13 with other artists and Dhanush joined the shoot from Feb 21.

Music for the film is scored by Ghibran of ‘Vaagai Sooda Vaa’ and ‘Vathikuchi’ fame. Dhanush has sung a song for this movie song title "teddy bear" and this was released on sep 17th at Suryan FM. Full music album released on september 19th. The movie is set to release on 11 October 2013.
