Nandhan Story
Nandhan is a Tamil family drama movie directed by Era Saravanan. The film casts Sasikumar and Sruthi Periyasamy in the main lead roles along with Mathesh, Mithun, Balaji Sakthivel, Katta Erumbu Stalin, Samuthirakani, V Gnanavelu, G M Kumar, Sithan Mohan, Sakthi Saravanan, and many others have seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Ghibran Vaibodha while the cinematography was done by R. V. Saran and it is edited by Nelson Anthony. The film is produced by Era Saravanan under Era Entertainment banner.
Story
The movie set in the village of Vanangankudi, the story centers around a power struggle between the dominant caste and the marginalized Scheduled Caste community. Koppulingam, a figure from the dominant caste, holds onto his power through manipulation and fear. However, Koozhpaana, a member of the Scheduled Caste, rises as a symbol of resistance, overcoming numerous challenges to secure justice for his community.
Release Date
Nandhan was released theatrically on September 20, 2024, and is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting October 11, 2024.
