Story

The story is set in the late 1980s around people living by the highway. It is about their life and foot-to-mouth existence. As we often go past highways, we don't take notice of the innumerable stories that break around us.

Director Krishna has portrayed the life of a highway robber or pirate Tharpai Murugan ( Aari) which includes his early life, clash with a cold-blooded police officer Masanam (Prasanth Narayanan) and also how his life transforms after love blossoms with a Dhabba girl Manga (Shivada Nair).

On the fast lane, we often miss out on many thrilling experiences, romances and a roller coaster of sentiments. This movie gives you a first-hand experience of those innumerable lives.
