Nooru Saami Story

Nooru Saami is an upcoming Tamil drama directed by Sasi. The film stars Vijay Antony and Ajay Dhishan in the lead roles, with music composed by Balaji Sriram. It is produced by Fathima Vijay Antony and Vijay Antony under the banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation. Cinematography is handled by Darshan Kirlosh, while editing is done by Kannan Balu. The ensemble cast includes Lijomol Jose, Swasika Vijay, Karunaas, Balaji Sakthivel, Kavya Anil, and television actor Sakthi in important roles.

Plot

"Selvi (Swasika) loses her husband at a young age, leaving her with the responsibility of raising her two sons, Bhaskar (Ajay Dhishan) and Vivek. Working as an agricultural laborer, she struggles to make ends meet but ensures that her children receive a quality corporate education. Living alone without a husband, she often faces harassment from some men in the village. Although she wishes to wear a bindi and flowers like other married women, societal pressure and fear of village gossip force her to suppress those desires.

Amid these circumstances, Selvi receives a proposal for a second marriage. However, her elder son Bhaskar strongly opposes the idea, leading to a heated argument before he leaves home. Four years later, he realizes that remarriage is important for his mother's happiness and well-being. While the younger son initially objects as well, he eventually agrees to support his mother's decision. Subsequently, a marriage is arranged between Selvi and Ezhumalai (Vijay Antony), a farmer who has also been living a lonely life after losing his wife.
