Story In Detail

NOTA is a story of a political drama movie which highlights some of the important political happenings in Tamil Nadu. The sitting chief minister Vinodhan (Nasser), who gets imprisonment for an illegal assets case. In his absence, Vinodhan makes his son Varun (Vijay Deverakonda) the temporary CM.

Varun takes oath as temporary Chief Minister of the state. He doesn’t show interest in CM post, continues to be a reckless youth. Varun's father Vinodhan gets arrested and riots take place with deaths. Here Varun moved by a death in the riots and passes strict orders to control the law and order in the state.

Varun gets to know about the other reason why he was picked for CM and other things about his father. What happens next? Is the rest of the story to be watched on the big screen.

The movie is produced by K E Gnanavel Raja under his own banner Studio Green. Sam CS composed music for this movie, who earlier composed for Vikram Veda. Santhana Krishnan handles the camera department.
