Plot
hwar, a young IT professional, moves into a rented house with his pregnant wife, Aathika. They live on the first floor, while Ilamparuthi, a senior government officer with a strict nature, lives with his family on the ground floor. Initially, both families share a good bond. Trouble begins when Eshwar buys a car, and Ilamparuthi, who had been using the full parking area for years, refuses to share the space. What starts as a small issue soon turns into a clash of egos.
The parking dispute grows bitter. Ilamparuthi buys a car just to stop Eshwar from using the space. Their fight escalates with public arguments, false police complaints, and even life-threatening acts. Eshwar gets arrested unfairly, and later, Ilamparuthi’s job is put at risk due to Eshwar’s retaliation. Their families, especially the women, beg them to stop, but both men are too stubborn. Things worsen when Ilamparuthi loosens Eshwar’s car tyre, risking Aathika’s safety.
In the end, when Aathika goes into labour, Ilamparuthi helps take her to the hospital. Eshwar, unaware of this, plans to harm him but stops just in time. Realising how far their fight has gone, both men regret their actions and apologise to each other. The story ends with both families moving out of the house, and the house owner now warning future tenants not to own a car—showing how a simple parking space can ruin peace if handled without understanding.
