Pathayiram kodi is an tamil Comedy - Romance movie directed by Shrinivasan sundhar. The story of the movie is, Ashwin , Boomika , Santhosh and Gokul are happy go lucky college students studying in an engineering college. Boomika , a rich girl , falls in love with Ashwin who is from a very poor family. Boomika all the time make plans to make Ashwin rich in a short time so that he can be acceptable to her family.

She stumbles upon something very big and activate Ashwin and his gang of friends. It so happens, Santhosh invents , by an accident , a chemical which makes people invisible once it is sprayed onto them. So with the help of Santhosh’s invention Ashwin , Boomika and Gokul rob a big fortune worth RUPEES TEN THOUSAND CRORES beyond their imagination.

It also brings problems to them and they are forced to be on the run, with Vivek, the bungling cop hot on their trail. Since money is big, gangsters also start chasing Ashwin’s gang. This lead to a innumerable comic situations, with moves and counter moves, with one bungling act to another.
