Pichaikkaran 2 aka Pichaikkaran 2 is a Tamil action crime drama written and directed by Vijay Antony. Vijay Antony composed the soundtrack and background score for the film, and he also worked with his wife Fatima Vijay Antony to edit and produce it under their own label, Vijay Antony Film Corporation. Om Narayan handled the film's cinematography.

The plot of Pichaikkaran 2 will pick up where the first chapter left off, as the medical industry targets the beggars for testing purposes ranging from human brain transplants. Vijay Antony owned stock in a number of significant MNCs, but at the beginning, he was connected with and joyful about living among the beggars. Consequently, when the MNC firms tied up with that scientist to focus their research on the Indian beggars, Vijay Antony blocks their plan, saves the life of the beggar, and leads ordinary people to oppose the medical mafia's scheme.
However, it appeared that Vijay Antony was playing both Sathya and Vijay Gurumoorthy in the Pichaikkaran 2 trailer. The rest of the movie concerns whether there actually were two Vijay Antony's or whether he acted that way in order to save the beggar's life.
