Regina Story

Regina is a Tamil crime thriller movie written and directed by Domin Dsilva. Sunaina and Ananth Nag starred in the lead roles, along with Nivas Adithan, Boxer Deena, Rahul Ramakrishnan, Gajaraj, and any others in supporting roles.

Pavi K. Pavan handled the cinematography, and the film's editing was done by Toby John. Sathish Nair composed the music and soundtracks for the film, while Yugabharathi, Vivek Velmurugan, and Vijayan Vincent wrote the lyrics for the songs. Sathish Nair produced this film under the banner of Yellow Bear Productions LLP. Sakthi Film Factory distributes this film in a wide range of theatrical releases in Tamil Nadu.

Plot

Regina is a good-natured and forthright young lady. Her social activist father is her entire universe. However, tragedy hits her life as her father dies unexpectedly in a traumatic incident. Her father's buddy adopts her and soon arranges for her to marry Jo, a worker at a private bank in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. With this marriage, Regina is given fresh life, and she and Jo live simply but contentedly in a rented home where their landlord occupies the ground floor.

After many years of marriage, Regina eventually gets pregnant, and the pair is vindicated. One day, Jo's bank is the target of a well-planned robbery. When the gang begins attacking the bank staff members, Jo steps in and attempts to halt them. Jo is viciously attacked and killed by an armed gang member. As soon as she hears the devastating news, Regina dashes to the hospital. Her screams for assistance go unanswered since Jo has vanished without a trace.

Regina's life has once again been upended. She will be alone in her room for the remainder of her life. After giving the owner the keys, she leaves one day without saying anything, and no one has any idea where she went. The remaining plot of this movie revolves around her decision whether or not to live alone after losing everything or to continue living a life of bullshit.
