Sarkar Story
Sarkar is an Tamil political, action movie directed by AR Murugadoss. The movie has Vijay and Keerthi Suresh in the lead roles. Music composed by AR Rahman, while Girish Gangatharan of 'Angamaly Diaries' fame handled the camera and Sreekar Prasad of Kaala and TSK fame edited the movie. The prestigious Vijay's 62nd movie Sarkar is been produced by Kalanidhi Maran under his production banner 'Sun Pictures'.
Story In Detail
The plot of Sarkar revolves around Sundar Ramasamy, who is the CEO of one of the top most IT companies. He is termed as a corporate giant and one day, he makes a visit to India. It is revealed that he has come to the country to cast his vote for the elections. But, he gets to know that someone else did cast a vote under his name. He questons the same and what happens rest has been narrated in Sarkar.
Releases
Initial photoshoot happened with Vijay in the first week of Jan 2018. First Look Title poster released on June 21st, 2018. The music of the movie was composed by A. R. Rahman and lyricist Vivek penned for the songs. The movie audio was launched on 2 October 2018.
Sarkar is scheduled to be released on November 6, 2018 coinciding with the Diwali festival. The teaser of the movie was released on Oct 18, 2018.
