Sathuran is a crime thriller Tamil movie direction by Rajeev Prasad. The movie has Rajaj 'Moodar Koodam' fame and a new face Bengaluru girl Varsha.
Rajeev Prasad, the director says, “Sathuran is used to refer to a smart, intelligent city person. The story takes place in a period of 24 hours.”
It begins on a casual note by 6.15 one morning and picks up intensity by the time evening falls and finally ends the next morning. “The film revolves around an auto driver, played by Rajaj of Moodar Koodam (2013) fame, who finds himself in a fix. It is about a crime committed. How Rajaj inadvertently gets pulled into it and eventually gets out of it is what the film is all about. The inner plot of the film is based on the irregularities in the field of medicine,” he explains.
