The digital streaming rights for the Tamil drama Sirai were acquired by ZEE5. After completing its theatrical run, the film reached a wider audience through its OTT premiere on the popular streaming platform. The digital release allowed viewers to experience the film’s emotionally driven narrative and performances from the comfort of their homes.
Sirai OTT Release Date
Sirai, starring Vikram Prabhu in his 25th theatrical outing, was released in cinemas during Christmas last year and received positive critical acclaim upon release. Directed by Suresh Rajakumari, the film also marked the acting debut of LK Akshay Kumar. Following strong word-of-mouth, ZEE5 officially announced that Sirai began streaming from January 23rd 2026, nearly a month after its theatrical release.
