Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum is an Tamil Romance movie directed by Prem Sai, who had earlier assisted Prabhu Deva. The movie is produced by Gautham Menon. It stars Jai and Yami Gautam in the lead roles. The movie also simultaneously shot in Telugu as Courier Boy Kalyan with Nitin in the lead role.

Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum Plot:

A greedy doctor, played by Ashutosh Rana, finds a new method to cure various diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and spinal cord injuries. But his remedy comes at a cost and a grievous one at that.

Ashutosh removes stem cells from foetuses and uses them to cure his patients, which results in many abortions all over Tamil Nadu (he employs doctors throughout the state to carry out the dirty work).

Thambi Ramaiah, who works at one of those hospitals, is disturbed by the large number of abortions and decides to courier a sample of the pill used to kill unborn babies to Nassar, an activist. Jai, a courier boy, is sucked into the issue when he is entrusted with the task of delivering Thambi Ramaiah's parcel.
