Chandramukhi

Chandramukhi is one of the biggest hits in Rajinikanth's career and the film has the scope for a sequel. In fact, Kannada and Telugu versions of the film had their sequels.

Indian

Indian had an open ending and that definitely calls for a sequel. AM Ratnam, the producer of the film, is still hopeful about Indian 2 and revealed that talks are going on with Shankar to helm the project.

Mankatha

Like Indian, Mankatha too, had an open ending. Director Venkat Prabhu had once said that Mankatha 2 is possible and that if everything falls in place, he might join hands with Thala Ajith yet again.

Thuppakki

Though film-maker AR Murugadoss ruled out the possibility of Thuppakki 2, Ilayathalapathy Vijay fans would be hoping to see a sequel to his superhit flick, which has the scope to become a successful venture at the box office.

Anniyan

Anniyan is another blockbuster hit that had an open ending. Who can forget that last scene in which Vikram kills a drunkard? The sequel can actually start from that very scene.
