Here Is The Storyline Of Vijay Sethupathi's Upcoming Film 'Rekka'!

Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming film Rekka, which also stars Lakshmi Menon, is fast becoming one of the most anticipated films, for it is said to be a complete commercial entertainer, a route less taken by the Orange Mittai actor.

Being directed by Rathina Shiva, the film is produced by Ganesh under the banner Common Man Productions. Imman has been roped in to compose the tunes, and performers like Kishore, Kabir Duhan Singh and Harish Uthaman will form the supporting cast.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, film-maker Rathina Shiva has revealed the storyline of the movie.

"The hero, who belongs to Kumbakonam, commits a mistake in his young age and creates havoc in his life. He gets an opportunity to rectify it after he grows up. Whether he resolves it or not, forms the rest of the story," he has said.

Vijay Sethupathi, who is also working on films like Aandavan Kattalai, Vada Chennai and Kathuvaakula Rendu Kadhal, awaits the release of Mellisai and Idam Porul Yaeval.
