Suriya 46 OTT Platform Revealed: Suriya is gearing up to team up with Lucky Baskhar fame director Venky Atluri for his 46th outing in films. The filming of the movie, tentatively titled Suriya 46, was recently wrapped up in Hyderabad. Premalu actress Mamitha Baiju is appearing as the female lead in the much-awaited film, which is now garnering attention with the reports on its OTT rights.

Suriya 46 OTT Platform Revealed

According to the latest reports, the OTT rights of Suriya 46 have been bagged by the streaming giant Netflix, for a whopping price. The digital rights of the Venky Atluri starrer was sold, even much before the shooting of the film was wrapped up. The untitled project will stream on the popular platform approximately 35 to 40 days after its theatrical release. However, Suriya 46's OTT release might delay further, if the movie emerges as a box office success.

Director Venky Atluri and leading man Suriya are set to have back-to-back collaborations with Netflix, with this project. For the uninitiated, the National Award-winning actor's 47th film, helmed by Jithu Madhavan, is also expected to stream on the OTT giant after its theatrical run. The filmmaker, on the other hand, recently had a successful collaboration with the platform with his previous release, Dulquer Salmaan starrer Lucky Baskhar.

Suriya 46 Cast And Crew

The highly anticipated upcoming Venky Atluri film, which is touted to be a family drama, features Suriya as the protagonist. Mamitha Baiju, who recently made a mark with her performance in Dude, is playing the female lead. However, the young actress is reportedly not paired with the Soorarai Pottru star, in the film.

Raveena Tandon, Radhika Sarathkumar, Bhavani Sre, and Bjorn Surrao essay the supporting roles in the untitled film. Nimish Ravi is the director of photography. GV Prakash Kumar composes the music score. Naveen Nooli handles the editing. Suriya 46 is expected to have its grand theatrical release by the Summer of 2026.
