Netizens React To Lokesh Kanagaraj's Revelations
However, the Vikram director's revelation has not pacified the Tamil cinephiles, who are highly upset with his decision to put Kaithi 2 on backburner for the third time. They have been pointing out how Lokesh Kanagaraj promised to start working on Kaithi sequel soon after the massive success of Vikram, only to delay the Karthi starrer for Thalapathy Vijay's Leo, Rajinikanth's Leo, and now the upcoming Allu Arjun project.
The netizens are now pointing out the director never fulfilled his promises to focus on the announced LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe) projects, including Vikram 2, the Rolex standalone film starring Suriya, and more. However, the fans and supporters of the talented filmmaker still believe that Lokesh Kanagaraj will soon return to the LCU films, with the Kaithi sequel. They also point out that a new LCU film, titled Benz and starring Raghava Lawrence and Nivin Pauly in the lead roles, will keep the excitement for the same alive.
