Parasakthi Budget, Cast Salary Revealed: How Much Did Sivakarthikeyan And Others Earn? The period political drama film helmed by Sudha Kongara is gearing up for Pongal 2026 release. The Sivakarthikeyan starrer is now set to have to solo release on January 10, 2026, after Jananayagan is postponed indefinitely. Parasakthi is expected to have a massive opening at the box office, owing to the exceptional hype created by its promising trailer.

According to director Sudha Kongara, Parasakthi is the most expensive project in the career of its leading man Sivakarthikeyan, so far. Now, the recent updates by the Movies Singapore X handle suggests that the period political drama has been made with a massive budget of over ₹141.50 crore. This also makes the multi-starrer one of the biggest projects made in the Tamil film industry, in the last few years.
Parasakthi Cast Salary: How Much Did Sivakarthikeyan And Others Earn?
As per the reports, Sivakarthikeyan, the leading man is highest paid member among the Parasakthi cast and crew members. The popular actor has reportedly taken home a paycheck of a whopping ₹30 crore, along with a profit share for his role as Chezhaiyan in the film. Ravi Mohan, the popular actor who is set to play the first antagonist role of his career in the Sudha Kongara film, has charged ₹16 crore for his part.
Atharvaa, who plays a key role in Parasakthi, has charged ₹2 crore for his role. Sreeleela, the leading lady of the film has reportedly taken home a paycheck of ₹1 crore. Director Sudha Kongara has charged ₹15 crore for the film, while cinematographer Ravi K Chandran was reportedly paid ₹2 crore. However, there are no updates on the salary of GV Prakash Kumar, who composed the music score for the film, yet.
If the reports are to be believed, the total cast and crew salaries of the film have crossed the ₹75.70 crore mark. The overall production cost has reportedly crossed the ₹53 crore mark, with shooting expenses alone exceeding ₹30 crore. The sets constructed to recreate the 1960s of Tamil Nadu were made in a budget of over ₹8 crore. CGI cost, on the other hand, has reportedly went over ₹5 crore.
